some of us grow giddy thinking about farmers markets. some of us promulgate the powers of bittermelon. some of us prefer the delicacies of the dumpster. and some of us heap it all together and cover it with hot sauce.
regardless, we all love food - fresh, local, simple, seasonal, sustainable - and want that food to come with an ethic. this blog is dedicated to (mostly) recipes and other bits of foodie-ness as a small attempt to contribute to the slow food movement.
